PAYMENT: Any Occasion Luxury Limo Service requires a major credit card or cash deposit to process reservations. Applicable Credit Card Fees will apply.

All deposits are non-refundable.
All balances must be paid in full seven (7) days prior to the date of the event.

All vehicles are quoted subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates are subject to change without notice. The balance is due at the time of the service.

CLIENT CONTRACTS : All contracts must be signed and returned seven (7) days prior to the event. Availability may and may not be available for itinerary changes.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES: Client and renter is responsible for his/her guests, for any damage to the interior and equipment of the vehicle. This is including but not limited to: gum, nail polish, polish remover, wine, and alcohol spillage, vomiting, breaking of champagne, wine and drink glasses, breakage of lights, television, dvd, radio, cd player. Repair and replacement of items shall have a minimum charge of at least five hundred ($500.00) dollars. No possession, sale, or consumption of any type of narcotics or illegal drugs is permitted. Violations will result in immediate termination of contract and services and forfeiture of all paid deposits and fees for services.

Any Occasion Luxury Limo Service is released from responsibility and/or liability of any individuals consuming alcohol while on or off the vehicle.

SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN VEHICLES. Disregard for this will result in an automatic $200.00 charge for steam cleaning of vehicle. No exceptions.

Any Occasion Luxury Limo Service reserves the right to expel any person from the vehicle and/or terminate this contract in the event of a violation of any of these conditions by any passenger. In the event of such early termination, no portion of the rental fees shall be refunded.

While we are happy to let you bring personal items on board, we do not take any responsibility for items that are left in the vehicle during or after completion of the limousine rental period.

Any Occasion Luxury Limo Service shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect pickup and drop-off information, and any situation beyond our control.
In the event any part of this contract is declared unenforceable, the remaining provision of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

If the limousine rental is to be by a minor under the age of eighteen (18) this agreement must be signed by either parent or legal guardian over the age of eighteen (18). For safety reasons, minors that require a car seat are not permitted to utilize limousine at any time. No exceptions (this includes being held by other passengers).

Pets are not permitted.
